If you are looking for Old School CrossFit, or as we like to say "OG", this is the place. Utilizing constantly varied, functional movement, done at high intensity, we combine a strength session followed by a metabolic session most days. Other days might have a skill first followed by a workout that incorporates that skill, and other days might have a long benchmark workout. Every day is different, preparing yourself for the UNKNOWN at all times.
