Hi everyone, Crossfit Conquest Black is now FREE!

Crossfit Conquest Black is an extensive training protocol based around the class workouts. You can expect more structured strength pieces, additional gymnastic skill and more aerobic conditioning work. This program is designed to give you more training volume for anyone trying to take their fitness to the next level.

This CrossFit Conquest Black training program takes at least two hours to complete each day. Sometimes breaking up the session in two parts throughout the day (if possible) would be ideal. Proper warm-up would need to be done on your own. The extra workouts are to be completed on the side and out of the way of the class. Except for the class workout which needs to be done with the class. It is Important that you sign into the class you expect to be doing your class workout with. As long as you are timing your efforts and talking with the coach then you will have a seamless flow.

It can be accessed through sugarwod in the drop down tab where it says "workout of the day”. You can toggle back and forth between both tracks. As always you can use the resources of our coaches to help you in any fashion to achieve your goals.
